It begins with a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to gain a deep understanding of your organization’s context, goals, and learner profiles. In the 21 hours of live instruction, learners will build confidence and develop essential skills to thrive in their roles. Learning is reinforced through career reflection and practical application, with ongoing support from an online community to ensure lasting impact and continuous growth.
Program Highlights
Pre-Training Preparation Learners receive a Starter Kit with learning tools and pre-reading materials to help them hit the ground running.
Live Onsite Training Three days of interactive classroom sessions combine goal-setting, skill-building, and action planning. Learners will refine their techniques through hands-on exercises and receive real-time feedback from peers and trainers.
Content Contextualized to Your Needs Insights from the Training Needs Analysis (TNA)—which examines business objectives, job-specific skills, and learner profiles—ensure the program content directly addresses your organization’s priorities and learner development areas.
Impact Measurement Pre- and Post-Training Assessments, Performance Learning Surveys to evaluate how effectively learners apply their learning in real-world scenarios.
Ongoing Support Personalized feedback and coaching are integrated throughout the program to ensure learners achieve their specific growth goals.
