Build the leadership foundations for your next-in-line managers
Program Overview
Your high performers excel in execution, but as your organization grows, their role must evolve. They’re no longer just responsible for their own success—they’re stepping into leadership, guiding small teams, and supporting managers in achieving broader team goals. This shift demands more than technical skills; it requires a fundamental change in mindset and behavior.
"Moving from an individual contributor to a new supervisor or team leader can feel overwhelming."
They may struggle to:
Shift their focus from "individual tasks to "team tasks"
Navigate relationships and new team dynamics
Establish credibility and trust with their team
Develop new leadership skills
Without the right guidance, they struggle to think beyond their own tasks, hesitant to take ownership of the team’s success. Ultimately, the role feels like added stress rather than an opportunity to inspire and create more impact.
The result? A gap in leadership readiness that stalls growth—for them, their teams, and your organization.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
You want to develop new supervisors and team leaders who can:
Begin thinking and acting like leaders, ready for bigger roles.
Act as effective assistants to their managers, bridging the gap between leadership and their teams.
Communicate and collaborate with confidence, reducing friction and driving alignment.
Build authentic relationships with team members to build trust.
Mentor others to elevate performance.
They will build the mindset, skills, and confidence to take that next step—learning to lead small teams, support managers, and contribute meaningfully to organizational goals.
What to Expect
The program is contextualized to your organization’s unique needs, creating a more immersive and impactful learning experience. It begins with a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to gain a deep understanding of your organization’s context, goals, and learner profiles. This process ensures the program is both relevant and effective in addressing your specific challenges.
Over the course of 21 hours of live instruction, learners will work on foundational mindsets and practical tools to drive personal and organizational success.
